1.准备好原料,韭菜择洗干净,控干水分,买来的河虾洗净,放入锅中小火焙干水分至虾子变红,盛出放保鲜盒里,入冰箱冷藏室可以放3-4天,也可以放入盖帘上晒干,放入袋子中保存,吃时用清水洗净再来炒着吃;
